D.L. "Bud" Mormon, O.D.

Dr. D. L. "Bud" Mormon received his B.S degree and the Doctor of Optometry degree in 1969 from Indiana University. He joined the teaching faculty of the Southern College of Optometry and retired as Professor Emeritus in 2003 after 34 years of service.

Dr. "Bud" started the Germantown family optometric practice of Eyecare East 27 years ago in 1994 and was joined by his son, Dr. Paul Mormon in 2001. Dr. Mormon has lectured across the U.S. and written numerous articles regarding optometric vision care. He has been married 50 years to his wife, Paula. They have lived in Germantown for 27 years and have 2 children and 6 grandchildren.
